| Our system produces powerful statistical information on your typing workload. We provide you with data every month at job / dictator / department level showing the number of jobs, number of lines, cost per job, and cost per dictator. This will enable you to objectively manage your typing costs for the first time. |

| Fees |
| We charge a fee per line, (which is defined as total characters in a document divided by 65). Of course the fee for workflow is far less than the fee for a full typing service. We do not charge for initial set-up work, for our software, or for the server which we place on your site to enable the secure transmission of your work. |

Dictations are routed through the SpeechQ recognition engine which generates a draft text which is delivered to the transcriptionist, along with the audio file.
